we have been made aware of certain individuals selling ExpressDigital DARKROOM and promoting the auction by linking to this page. Please know, despite how they are promoting the sale of the software, they may be acting illegally if they are doing any of the following:
- They tell you that you can re-register the product. That is a deceptive and incorrect. Previously owned software cannot be re-registered.
- They are selling you a disk, packaging and a manual BUT they do not mention they are including the security key (also known as a software dongle). If you purchase used software without the security key, the software will not function.
- And, finally, the auction site completely copies the language below in most, if not all, of its entirety. This indicates that the software they are selling you may not be the latest version. There has been three version updates of this software since this particular web page has last been published.
All we would like to say is: Buyer beware. We cannot control the intentions of individuals selling software, nor can we support any version of our software that has been previously owned (and therefore cannot be verified for damage, alteration or manipulation). The only way we can guarantee your satisfaction is if you purchase the software from us or an authorized dealer.
