Workaround/
Troubleshooting: |
There are two ways to add an aspect ratio to the list of viewing aspects in the photo workshop tab.
The first is to add a file called aspect.txt to the program directory. In the file you will add each aspect ratio on its own line. The first column in the file will be the name of the ratio which will appear in the menu. Then a semicolon ; the next column or set of columns will be the actual size and or aspect ratio.
For Example:
Full Image; 1.5 <----1.5 is the actual aspect ratio to use
SnowGlobe; 1.44
4x5 and 8x10; 4,5 <---- you can just give a width and a height
5x7; 5.0,7.0
Keychain; 1.57
Square; 1.0
Viewer; 292, 438 <--- you can give any dimensions or in any dpi
The second way to add aspect ratios to this list is to add a print size to an enabled printer, and add that product to one of your Packages for that print size. Once you have done this that aspect ratio will appear in the list. Please note that some print sizes have an equivalent aspect ratio as ones that are already in the list. In this case, the already existing aspect ratio is used. There will not be an aspect ratio for both print sizes. |
