If you purchased your software BEFORE January 15, 2005
- Download software by clicking “Upgrade Your Software”.
- Once the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to finish your installation.
- Open your new software and you will see a message pop up with our phone number to call to upgrade your software protection key.
- Call Upgrade Central at 877-284-6727 for a software protection key upgrade after you have downloaded and installed your new software. ExpressDigital will be able to upgrade your key over the phone only after you have downloaded and installed your new software.
- Provide your support ID # to the customer care representative.
If you purchased your software AFTER January 15, 2005
Your key is probably already compatible with the new Darkroom software.
- Download software by clicking “Upgrade Your Software”.
- Once the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to finish your upgrade.
