Click Start and then click Control Panel. |

In the control panel, click
Windows Security Center. |

Click Windows Firewall.
You should see a window like:

Make sure your Don’t allow exceptions check box is not checked. |

Click on the Exceptions tab. |

Click Add Program from the buttons at the bottom of the dialog box.

Select the program you would like to allow access for from the installed programs list
provided on this screen. If for some reason you do not see your program listed you may
click Browse and point to the executable file you would like to use. For example, you
might browse to C:\Program Files\Express Digital\Photoreflect.com Publisher\Publisher.exe

Click on Change Scope to make sure that Any Computer is selected and then click OK. |

Click OK on the Add a Program dialog box.
It is not required, but we recommend that you check the box for Display a notification
when Windows Firewall blocks a program. This setting will give you more control over
what the firewall is actually blocking. |

Click OK to close the Windows Firewall dialog box. |
