How do I add my own logo to my Photoreflect.com storefront?

Now it’s Automatic!
All Version 8.5.1 Pro Series software includes a built-in logo uploader.

How do I get it?
If you are using Sports & Event, Portrait & Wedding, School & Group, Package & Print, or Express Digital DARKROOM, just click here to make sure you have the latest version.

What about PhotoReflect Publisher?
If you are using PhotoReflect Publisher, please check back in a few weeks.

What if I have already sent you my logo?
Please do not send us logos, as we are no longer doing custom logo work. If you have already sent a logo, we will process your request in the order it was received. (You are welcome to download the new software and upload your logo instantly!)

What formats do you accept?
You can upload .PSD, .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .TIF, or .PNG. (No animation, please.)

What size should it be?
Your Logo should be 150 pixels wide by 97 pixels high.

How do I use the uploader?

Step 1: Click Setup > Websites > Customize Your Storefront.

Step 2: If you are not already logged into your online account do so on the screen that is displayed. Note: If you are already logged in you may skip step two.

Step 3: Click on the link that says upload your company logo.

Step 4: Use the browse button to locate the logo stored on your computer.

Step 5: Then click the "Open" button to upload your logo.

Step 6: When your upload in complete, you should see the confirmation message "Your logo has been uploaded to your storefront."

Your logo should appear on your Storefront within 15 minutes.
