| If you are having trouble logging
in to the software use the following steps to reset the User list to the default. |

Start your ExpressPhoto software and let it load to the login screen. |

 |
Press and hold the "Flying Windows" key on your keyboard. (Usually located on the bottom row near the left corner between the "Ctrl" and "Alt" keys) and the "D" key (this will minimize every open window |

 |
Double-click on "My Computer" |
 |
 |
Browse to C:\Program Files\Express Digital\ExpressPhoto PW8\Photos\Sample Data |
 |
 |
Click on the "apd.bin" or "apd" file |
 |
 |
Click on "Edit" at the top of the screen and then click on "Copy" |
 |
 |
Browse to C:\Program Files\Express Digital\ExpressPhoto PW8 |
 |
 |
Click on "Edit" and "Paste" answer "Yes" or "Ok" to any questions about overwriting existing files. |
 |
 |
Browse to X:\ |
 |
 |
Click on "Edit" and "Paste" answer "Yes" or "Ok" to any questions about overwriting existing files. |
 |
 |
Close your ExpressPhoto software. |
 |
 |
Restart your ExpressPhoto Software and you should be able to login now. |
 |
