- Select an ExpressDigital Meet Up Group organizer. This person will coordinate the logistics and be the contact person for all group Meet Ups.
- A location, date and time should be selected.
- The ExpressDigital Meet Up organizer should arrange the first speaking engagement. A great way to get the attention of potential ExpressDigital Meet Up group members and kick off the group meetings is to give a Darkroom 8.9 product demonstration.
- The Meet Up organizer should complete and return the ExpressDigital Meet Up Group Registration Form to rsaltsman@expressdigital.com or fax 512-347-8939. We will include links to your Meet Up group on the ExpressDigital website.
DOWNLOAD FORM.
- Create a Meet Up group webpage on your own company website or though a group meeting site such as www.meetup.com. Meetup.com allows members to join at will, participate in forums, add group photos and access profile and calendar information for a nominal monthly hosting fee.
- Advertise the ExpressDigital Meet Up group for free in the local city calendars, on your company website, and market to your local customers via email and fliers.
- Hold your first ExpressDigital Meet Up!
- Don’t forget to solicit feedback from attendees in regards to future speaker topics, refreshment options and location information.
- Make any changes to your organization before your next Meet Up. Make sure this information is updated on your local Meet Up site and through the link on ExpressDigital’s website.
- Keep it fun! Encourage your members to be active socially and professionally!
